Degree Goals

Hello,

I'm thinking I met want to apply for my MS in Finance, and would preferably be in Boston, maybeee NYC. Now, I don't have the craziest GPA, I had a 3.5 in my undergrad, which I just graduated from a non-target "public ivy". I have strong alumni network in research and would like to try to pivot into BS AM research, long-only maybe long short. I also passed CFA level 1 my junior year. Any advice on what my possibilities would look like or how I could get better chances for good schools. Have no idea what the route would look like for a post-grad degree. Thanks for any help 🫡

EDIT: Post Grad, I am at a local branch for a BB banks WM sector. I am getting registered and planning on sitting for Level 2 in Feb. this would be for upcoming summer.
