LO/Value Shop Full Time Recruiting

Hi all. I'm new on this site (and to finance in general), so I apologize if this is repetitive or common knowledge. I'm a junior going into senior year at a semi-target and somehow managed to secure an internship at a value investing shop for this summer. Long-only, public equities, micro to large cap, global, but strictly value. Not a huge name, but I'm really happy with it - my GPA is average and I'm not in the premier investment club at my school, but I genuinely believe in the value investment strategy and I keep up with the market. My firm is fairly small with few openings, and the research associate program also considers MBAs, so I'm concerned about my chances of getting a return offer. Does anyone know what the process looks like for full-time positions at LO/Value shops? my impression is that some of the larger firms post some positions late summer/early fall, and many smaller ones can only be networked into. Is this true? Do many firms recruit undergrad exclusively through internships and return offers?

Went through the process for LO shops for FT as a non-target,

Can say for sure that the bigger ones do post in the early fall closing their process before christmas time. I'd recommend trying to connect with them now before your internship and then within the summer as well as sometimes they have an internal link rather than a public facing one. Small shops I cannot comment on sorry.

For example Franklin Templeton (I know its AM not necessarily LO, but for illustrative purposes), their research associate early-grad role can only be seen internally so you would have to know someone who would pass you the link and then you would go interview for them if your resume passes through.
