Low quality deals and toxic people = poor WLB. Everyone actively looking to jump ship
I saw they made some hires. Is the culture or hours still bad? Surprised given they made some senior hires recently
How bad are we talking
Poor deal flow and culture. Not to mention they have the worst office on the street - place is a dump. One of the last banks downtown. Poorly lit with probably 7 foot ceilings. Avoid.
