How to stop farting
Serious post- incoming Analyst at a BB and I have a problem with farting. Not only do I fart more than the average person, but they truly stink. They don’t make any noises but smell awful. It’s funny right now farting around my friends in college but I need to fix it before I start working. Anyone else had the same problem?
I live a pretty healthy lifestyle; exercise 6 days a week, high protein (not an outrageous amount)

Ngl it’s probably stuff you’re eating that you haven’t clocked. I’d start to be more shrewd around my diet if I were you.
Also make sure your gut biome is healthy or whatever that means, start eating yogurts, kimchi, and sauerkraut.
Check if you’re sensitive to gluten
i unironically had the same problem lol. cut back on the whey protein and replace it with plant based alternatives, do pelvic floor strengthening exercises, stop jerking off, and improve your gut flora (probiotics, yogurt, etc.)
Interesting re. not jerking off and strengthening your pelvic floor. Do you think this has an impact?
