Corporate & Institutional Banking Salaries in Australia
Hi all,
Hoping to get some visibility on compensation in corporate and/or institutional banking in Australia, particularly at the Big 4, but happy to hear from anyone working across the market.
Would love to see base + bonus ranges across the following levels:
- Associate (1-2 YoE)
- Senior Associate (2-4 YoE)
- Associate Director (4+ YoE)
For a data point from my end, CIB graduates are on 90-110k excl. super and bonus.
