Let us know what you think of the new format, guys. We're still tweaking all the tech aspects of putting this together, but I think we're on the right track. I know the audio sync was off a bit in this episode, so it was a little like an old kung fu movie. We're working out the kinks.
Have a great week, and if you liked the show be sure to share it with your friends. It should be a lot easier now that it's on YouTube.
Another great episode Eddie. Why did you guys which positions?
I think it's because Midas had the recording software, where before I did. I think the software automatically left-orients the person recording. What do you think of the new format?
As usual, great topics and dialogue and I think it looks great on YouTube. Youtube could definitely open the doors when it comes to getting a larger viewer base or attracting other users to WSO. I don't know if you ever heard of them, spill.com does movie reviews using animated characters. I stumbled onto them on Youtube, watched all there movie reviews (which are actually really funny so you should check them out if you haven't), and now I go to there site at least once a week to catchup. Maybe its me or it simply went on and off, but I didn't really notice the delayed audio you were talking about and if it was there it was only slightly off.
Two sample reviews

"Didn't approach illegality it's just extremely unethical behavior. You now what we call that on Wall Street Julian? ... Tuesday!"
Instant classic
I agree with the Youtube comments. WSO can make a You Tube Channel which would be awesome. Either way, I think this is going in the right direction. Looking forward to more videos.
Yeah, another solid episode...I think I'm going to work on that WSO channel today. Been meaning to get around to that.
Thanks for the reminder, Patrick
I really wish that WSO had more technical discussion like on Seeking Alpha. I think they could direct more of the discussion towards calculation and programming rather than specific analysis though.
Great! Thanks for uploading the video on youtube! Finally!
Awesome jobs guys, loving the new format. A quick note to Eddie, you might want to consider talking to Patrick about changing your YouTube channel to an overall WSO channel if you're up for it. That way, you can get NSFW, WallStreetMentors, and the little promotional things that Patrick creates under the same channel so that each program draws traffic to the others and ultimately all of them draw traffic to the site. Just an idea.
^^^ Also, you can try to get Adam the Analyst on the WSO channel as well.
Another great episode of NSFW. As always, you guys do gods work more than Lloyd Blankfein does at Goldman.
Midas, great Gilt reference.... looks like the yids are rubbing off on you. Oh, and I love the chair comment. There's a reason why I play golf.... just picturing the heads of people I hate on the golf ball has improved my long game for that reason. If I need to destroy stuff, my suggestion is take the Office Space approach and destroy a POS fax machine.
Yeah, in general, I think you guys are wrong about Boutique over Bulge, but PRIVATE >>>>>>> PUBLIC.
Now here's the question I have, who is the straight man and whos the foil? You guys should have your own show on CNN.
Agree with YouTube channel. Definitely need to work on the sound sync up, but otherwise, great episode.
These posts are much better than the typical "What are the exit ops of going to Harvard?" Keep this shit going.
It seems like the new software you use doesn't have as much of a delay between speakers as it did before, and it gives for a more fluid conversation.
Well done.
"Didn't approach illegality it's just extremely unethical behavior. You now what we call that on Wall Street Julian?
yeah as he was saying that I literally said that sounds like Tuesday.
I need a mask
This site used to compete with analystforum.com. Over the years, WSO has destroyed them--this site is so much better than it used to be.
I think this site would benefit from a purely technical or finance knowledge section. Kind of like a bionic turtle or seeking alpha area. Just a thought.
Fantastic video as usual guys. Agree with most of whats been said re: the youtube channel and an area on the site for specifically technical questions. It amazes me how much this site has grown and improved in just the last few months. Good stuff. I don't get the Barclays thing at all. Particularly in light of the whole 'The british screwed us' aspect of the original Fed meetings...
PS I would be good with some chocolate...
Thanks for dropping some more knowledge on us fellas, its greatly appreciated!
