Interview
The interview process lasted about 2 months. First was a general phone interview of 15 minutes that really just seemed to confirm interest and understanding of program. The second interview was a Microsoft teams call that was 45 minutes. This was a mix of technicals, behavioral, and mental math questions. Lastly there was a Superday in which you had dinner with other analysts and associates within the firm at a local restaurant. The following day I had a 5-6 round Superday that consisted of one on one interviews. There were three technical interviews. One was an investor Pitch where you are given a slide deck to review and prepare a 5-10 minute simulated presentation to investors. This was testing your understanding of the firm and its asset classes. Another interview was a case study where you analyze a potential investment for PG. The last technical interview was a critical thinking/quantitative exam. Overall the process was not very technical and more behavioral. Really be prepared to have your story ready.
Interview Questions
I was given a forcast in my case study of an income statement that included case related metric forecasts. I was asked what I though of the forecasts and if I thought of their validity. Without knowing how they were forecasted I didn't initially reason that they could lack conservative assumptions.

Interview
Applied online early-June.
Got video call first rounds late-june 1-1 with 2 associates and very behavioral.
Superday was mid-august (which included multiple rounds of interviews with senior members and included various tests and behavioral questions)
Got my results late August (heard that accepted candidates found out immediately).
Interview Questions
The case study was difficult, had to explain my thought process on why the deal was a good investment or not. They were also interested in my past experiences - seemed like a lot of candidates had similar PE (or at least some sort of investment) backgrounds.

A couple months of nothing, then they reached out on Monday to schedule an interview within the week. The same thing happened for the second interview as well. Long gaps between interviews. Mainly, they want to make sure you care about PE and the Denver area as a whole. They don't seem to favor prestige and instead focus on drive and intuition.
Interview Questions
Lots of questions on their industries of investment. Quite a few in depth questions about intricacies of said markets.

My experience is based on the first round interview. It is a chat-based interview by an analyst so I don't know what's the metric there. I doubt the interviewer knew what she was doing.
