Advice for incoming analysts

Hi there,

I will be starting a full time role in AM, and I was wondering if anyone would have any advice for an incoming analyst with no previous experience in banking?

I don't really know what to expect (for example, what should I take to work or if I should prepare anything), and I have only managed to find posts about advice on what to do on your first weeks for IB.

Thanks beforehand!
