ALM First? FI AM in Dallas. Any info?

Hey guys,

Came across an opportunity for the investment management team at this firm called ALM First based in Dallas. Seems like they had a robust growth over the past few years, running about $80bn now. They invest in FI only and culture seems pretty solid. Anyone have any insight with this firm? Would appreciate any info on their comps, career progression, etc.
