I want to try to get a read on market pay right now as I go out and look at other opportunities. What is a buyside analyst looking to make (salary+bonus) with a couple years of experience in a similar seat. Ideally I am interested in HY/IG credit roles as that is where my experience lies. Looking for numbers that are not in HCOL areas.
