Barings EM Sovereign Debt Internship

Anyone know when superdays for this are likely to come out for the Boston office? I had a first round HR phone call about two weeks ago and not sure if I was dropped or not. Maybe they paused for the holidays but want to hear others' experiences.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's common for superdays to be scheduled a few weeks after the first-round interviews, but timelines can vary depending on the firm and the time of year. Given that it's late December, it's possible that the process has slowed down due to the holiday season. Many firms pause recruiting activities during this time and resume in early January.

If you haven't heard back yet, it doesn't necessarily mean you've been dropped. It might be worth sending a polite follow-up email to the HR representative or recruiter you spoke with to inquire about the status of your application and the timeline for the next steps. This shows initiative and keeps you on their radar.
