I would cut off an arm to work there... great firm great culture from what i've heard... Ron NEVER fired a research analyst before since inception. Good place to build a long term career. In terms of reputation, I mean they own TSLA and obv some ppl think they are glorified yoyo investors, but rly shouldn't deter you from joining if your personal philosophy aligns with theirs.
