Couldn't find a dedicated thread.
What does anyone know about these guys? How do they even recruit? Culture/compensation/etc?
I have an in with the firm and was considering seeing if it could lead anywhere.

Career Resources
I knew a few Baron folks from a previous job. They always talked highly of the firm. It's a family business with Ron at the head and his sons in various roles around the firm. Their bread and butter is in the mid cap and small cap growth space. Definitely a solid place if you can get in. Sorry no details on comp and recruiting, but if you look at the profiles of their analysts I'm sure that will give you an idea.
