Bill and Melinda Gates Investment (BMGI) Seattle

Wondering if anyone out there has had experience with BMGI (Cascade Investments), the private asset management office for Bill Gates and his foundation, particularly regarding the summer internship experience. It's extremely hard to find much info out there due to the secrecy and low profile of the firm, so any info whatsoever would be very beneficial.
