BlackRock London SA 2024

Hi, I finished my final round of interviews around 2 weeks ago and recently received an email saying "We are still in the process of making hiring decisions and we appreciate your patience. We will update you on the status of your application shortly".

Doesn't look good, does it? Has anyone received an offer after receiving this email?

What division was this for? normally, they try to send out decisions within one week. either you are on the waiting list or they had to reschedule some interviews and want to compare everyone.

It is already quite late in the recruiting cycle now and there is nothing you can do about their decision right now anyways. I would count it as a rejection in my head and continue applying elsewhere. In case it works out nevertheless and they contact you next week with an offer that would be awesome, but mentally I would not count on it and continue looking until you secured something.
