Blackstone Portfolio Management Program - Thoughts?

Want to learn more about this role. Would this potentially put me in a position to jump to PCA/secondaries later (given fund valuation/investor product strategy experience) or ability to go into portfolio operations/consulting (given after training program you are sent to directly help out a portfolio company)? What would future opportunities potentially look like from this program?

it's elite. if u were to somehow get it i don't know why you would be planning to exit. its basically consulting with insanely higher pay and possible exits internally into portfolio ops/product strategy/investment monitoring. also blackstone halo
