CIMA or CFP?

Hello,

I recently started working as a registered associate for a wealth management group and obtained my series licenses. Now I am contemplating getting either the CIMA or CFP designation for future career advancement. Does anyone in the industry have suggestions on which one is more relevant/preferable? I eventually believe I will get both but for now need to focus on one or the other.

Thanks!
