Comp book

I saw some time back about a book some recruiting firm releases on comp in the industry. Do you know where I can find/buy this book?

my promotion from associate to senior associate will be coming up soon and although I love it where I am, I just want to make sure the comp is fair. It was very fair for my current title, but the benchmark was clear because of all the posts about first year comps.

If you have any idea on what kind of comp you would expect, please feel free to post here. Thanks.
