Compensation (Associate, Intern)
I was wondering if anyone knows what the most recent compensation figures are like for associates (undergrad, no experience) working for either BBAM or top tier, traditional AM firms. Base salary, signing bonus, performance bonus and between equities and fixed income is one traditionally better paying than the other? Also for a summer internship, are they just paid by pro-rating the base (i.e. 1/5 base)? Thanks guys
