Compensation for raising capital for private debt fund

Hello,

I wanted to ask what the typical compensation is for raising $100mm+ for a sub asset manager that focuses on private debt placement, specifically factoring? Capital shall be recycled at least 3 times per year.

I am also wondering what typical placement fees are for private debt in general?

Best,
