Applied a couple weeks ago and haven't heard anything back yet.

Nah, I tried networking with some people but nobody even responded....
I even worked for a very well-known credit fund and still couldn't get a response.

Nothing on my end, did the assessment they sent out ~2 days after application. Did neutral IMO.
Have a first-round scheduled later this week, tho didn't go through a formal process, more of a resume drop.
How did it go? Would appreciate any insights on the interview process.
