A recruiter reached out looking for people to fill this position. How is this program and what are the interviews like? I wouldn't have a technical background, coming from the professional services industry, but it appears that they're looking for non-traditional candidates.
Would love any insight regarding the likelihood of landing an investing seat after the rotations. How are the hours and is the work interesting? Curious because there really isn't much information out there.
