Developing a credit process/report
Hi all, I've been tasked with redesigning the internal credit process for our team. We are a small shop with limited resources and next to no training really. Does anyone know of any good resources to help develop this along with some examples of credit reports? Up until now, the process has been pretty basic as we only buy investment grade. We are only just starting to venture out into the sub investment grade space and need to increase our capabilities as a result. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
