DUI Situation. Thoughts?
Recently got an offer from Guggenheim Partners. However, I have a misdemeanor DUI that occurred 6 years ago.
Have not completed the background check yet but curious to see what your thoughts are on whether the company will overlook it.

Check into getting it sealed or expunged .
Unfortunately the jurisdiction in which this occurred does not allow for expungement of records if a charge results in a conviction which was my case.
I would have pursued this route immediately afterward if this was not the case.
