How much are $2-$10 mm endowments paying investment professionals at the VP level?
Would also be helpful to know if there is usually co-investing or syndicate CV investing at this size?

I have seen in the range of $200-500k base. Bonuses are all over the place. I have seen some with no bonus and some with up to 100% bonus (tied to financial performance of the investments, generally over a multi year time horizon).
VP is generally not a title in the E&F world. Manager or Director is more typical.
Generally E&Fs of that size are not doing coinvesting but there are exceptions.
Super helpful, do you also mind sharing what typical title progression is like?
Analyst -> Associate -> Manager / Associate Director -> Director -> Managing Director -> CIO
There are versions of this of course. Not all organizations will have all of these levels. Some will use other titles. Yale has principals for example. The VP may be used somewhere, it just isn’t common.
And so the salary range I’ve outlined above is for the midlevel titles (AD/M/D)
