Experienced Analyst Comp at a Top 5 Mutual Fund?

Got an offer from a Top-5 mutual fund to cover Consumer after 6 years in LO HF. Did 2 years of IB before going to HF, and have been covering Consumer my entire career all in an LO strategy. I have no idea whether my offer is fair or not, but would love some input from experienced folks here. 401K, benefits, etc. Thanks in advance!

I think there are a lot more variables to the comp like location (are you in HCOL/LCOL), your definition of a top 5 fund… I dont have much to add beyond a single data point that senior RAs could make as much (if not slightly lower) all in at the LO I work at.

Edit - agree with comments below.. if the target bonuses rises over time then it’s a good offer I think (or at least I’d have less pushback)
