Question for those as most of our assets, as we are heavily involved, we are the LP.
How do you go about your modeling and say to day tracking of all items relative to the property?
For example, we get our monthly financial/commentary packets from our JV Partner each month. I’m newish to the LP side of things so curious what others do. Do you use your JVs models? Do you plug in any updates forecasts to your model to see any impacts?
