the one you want to shoot for is the research assocaite program right underneath. most of the rotations in that futures program are back office from what I see
The Research Associate program looks like it's for MBAs. Can you apply for this as a recent graduate?
RA is for undergrads.
I applied for the same program but for last year.
I interviewed with HR first, got asked to come in for a second round interview.
500 applied, 9 made it to the second level. I was the only non-ivy there. The second round isn't too bad but longer than the first. The second round consists of a group interview, tour of the building by a futures alumni, meeting with various sectors (PWM, research, trading etc...) and a writing exam. The interview consisted of a person with HR, a futures alumni, and a MD or some higher-up from one of the departments. The writing exam was pretty easy as well.
I didn't get the job, but the interview experience was worth it....
