Getting into Private Banking?
Hey guys,
Quick summary of myself: Graduated in May at a non-target with a 3.8/4.0 in Finance. After lots of research throughout my senior year, I've discovered that Private Banking is a great career path for myself, as someone who loves both analyst and sales work (I'm also an actor).
However, I wasn't able to land an analyst role at BB PB or PWM, nor any smaller shops, and am now working as a Financial Analyst at a decent-sized software company (~$1B revenue). I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how I can approach making the move into private banking. Currently studying for SIE and plan on getting my 63 as well in the coming months. Thanks!
