Has anyone looked at VentureX Fund by Alpha AMC?
Came across VentureX Fund I — it's a Category I SEBI-registered AIF run by Alpha AMC, focused entirely on SME investing (pre-IPO, anchor, and listed SME companies). Launched end of 2024 with a ₹1,000 crore target corpus, based out of Gurugram. What stood out to me is they publish their investment framework (they call it LMVT — Leadership, Moat, Valuation, Tailwinds) rather than just leaning on return promises, and they cap single-company exposure to keep the portfolio diversified across close to 100 businesses. Has anyone here actually gone through their onboarding process?
