How much comp can I expect with 2 years of sell-side ER experience?
I am currently a sell-side ER associate at a BB with almost 1 year of experience. After another year or so, I want to start exploring my exit options.
If I moved to a traditional asset management firm, what comp can I expect?
I currently make about $110k all in, and that can get closer to about $130-135k by the end of my 2nd year. I really don't want to take a pay cut, but I haven't been able to find good info on AM comp.
