Can someone please explain to me after creating my own optimized portfolio, how do I make profit from it? Do I make the portfolio and set it aside for a couple of years and then sell the stock in it? When I rebalance the portfolio do I make profit from the rebalancing process? How exactly do I make profit from my own portfolio?
