I've worked in financial services for almost 8 years in various sales support and relationship management roles. I'm looking to take the leap into direct sales and get away from salary. (I'm looking to replace about 80k in income). At this point, I have interviewed with several funds families for Internal Wholesaler positions and will be expecting several offers. What are some tips to help me choose the best firm for growth? What should I look for?
