Looking for more guidance on how to get a PWM role in NYC out of college. I see many of the shops in NYC are platform's of BB's, like "The Smith Group at Morgan Stanley." Given the fractured nature of the industry, how would you recommend I go about recruiting for this? For some background, I am a current senior at a solid state school and have a few NYC finance internships under my belt, all investments-related.
