How to maximize learning on the job as a new analyst?

I just started an entry level role at a LO AM after a few years in consulting. The culture is focused on the long term, both in the context of investment philosophy and talent development.

I know that the firm and my team will devote tremendous resources in developing me as an investor, but I want to understand how I can make this as efficient as possible, in terms of 1) mindset and 2) concrete habits.

Obviously it's important to be humble, keep an open mind, be intellectually curious, etc. - but besides this - for more senior people - what are some mindsets or habits that you wish you adopted when starting?
