HSBC WM/AM Job Simulation Assessment???
Hey guys, has anyone done HSBCs Job Assessment by Cappfinity? I found some information about the structure (4 micro exercises, real-life scenarios etc) but nothing detailed. I know there is a video response part, but I'm not sure what to expect. Will it be similar to Hirevue? "Why HSCB?" "Why this..?" "Why that..?" etc? And how about the rest, is everything going to be in video response format where they present a scenario, give you some time to prep and then you have to record an answer? Theres literally no good info about this anywhere...
