Industry-wide trend of changing compensation structure
Recently I heard some rumor within my company (midsize AM) that they are revamping the compensation structure for the front office and there won’t be a bonus target going forward. It will be replaced by some formula that depends on profit/desk profitability, performance etc….wondering if any other shop has seen similar change in recent years?
