Insight into Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Division?

Planning on applying to morgan stanley's 2025 Fixed Income High Yield, Fixed Income Summer Rotation and Fixed Income Municipal Bonds internships. I took a Fixed Income last spring and I'm doing a small wealth management internship but I wanted to know what the interview process is like, what should i do to prepare, what are they looking for and what's it like?
