Institutional Sales to Buys-side analyst?
Well guys I have been offered a job in Institutional Sales in one of the biggest securities company in my country. However, I really want a job as an equity research in sell or buy-side. My question is if I work in institutional sales for one or two years will I be able to move to sell or buy side analyst? Does the experience in institutional sales relevant to get a job in sell or buy side equity analyst?
