lmfao one of the easiest sectors out there due to the fucking stable revenues (just stay there and collect tolls, as stable as utilities there), recurring cash flows, low cyclicality and price elasticity, and good competitive advantage (hard for competitors to enter the market and take market share away from an established toll booth, this is well documented in the industry and competitive analysis literature like the ones from Porter and Greenwald) Public or private equity? If public equity, scan the company's dividend policy, using the stable industry and cash flows as a starting point.
