This would be my 1st AM interview, its with the investment management team, not sure what to expect.
How should I start preping? Stock pitches? Im interested in Alternatives, so I should pick a REIT to pitch?

Interview questions largely depend on the firms/team you are interviewing with. But I guess a stock pitch is a standard one to expect for an AM interview.
In terms of the stock pitch, I would recommend avoiding industry that your interviewers work in or stock names that he/she might know
