Is comp higher than we think?
For leading LO AMs (the likes of Wellington, Capital, T. Rowe), many threads have said that post-MBA investing comp is ~$350k, but have no sense of the upside or how quickly the comp scales.
What are the analysts making 1 year post-MBA? 3 years? 5? 10 (assuming not a partner or PM)? And how is it split across base/bonus? Obviously it varies a lot based on results, but looking for some average ranges.
