I completed multiple off-cycles over the last year and after about 7 rounds, landed a role on the buyside as an 'investment analyst'. The job descriptions was for an investment analyst / associate and my comp level is in line with AN2/3 comp progression. Should I put on my CV that this was a lateral hire instead of grad role or should I put something like: Investment Analyst 2?
