I am in serious trouble. I have been charged with filing a false police report - a misdemeanor in california. This is in regard to filing a false hit and run with the police. I got deferred adjudication with 80 hours of community service, no conviction but a guilty plea. I am about to disclose everything on my U4 as required. My question is will I be statutorily discharged. If yes, are there any steps I should take like hiring a securities attorney?
