Loomis, Sayles, & Co.?
Looking for some updated insight on their comp, culture, and exit ops, particularly in fixed income. They seem fairly large but how do they compare to the more well known AMs (Wellington, Capital, TRowe, PIMCO, Nuveen)?

First off, awesome username, “The guys, we all chipped in to get you, uh, this is a coming-home present...thank you for your service.”
Comp: well below peers
Culture: great people, poorly run company
Exit Opportunities: People often leave for better comp, better opportunities, WLB etc.
Would avoid - had an unprofessional interaction with one of the very senior guys there. Seems like a very third tier shop.
Is Nuveen really a well known AM?
I suppose tiaa-cref is still one of the biggest clients on the street
in fixed income yes I think they are comparable to PGIM
