New to AM - Senior CRE Loan Underwriter??

Hi everyone,

I came across a posting for a position of Senior CRE Loan Underwriter at an Asset Management company in a tier III city. There wasn't a lot of detail outside of they are looking for someone with experience in commercial banking. Can anyone shed light on what they think this job is like in terms of duties, pay, W/L bal., or anything in general?

Thanks in advance!

More info on the firm would be helpful. Is this a REIT, like Brandywine Realty Trust, or an asset manager like PGIM (Prudential)?

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
