Currently working in AM at a BB in a non-NYC location (think Salt Lake City, GS or Charlotte, BAML/WF) and was asked to move to NYC to be with the rest of the team. My question is for anyone else who has done this, what kind of negotiations were able to made regarding salary, relocation package, etc? I haven't actually been given numbers while we wait for HR but want to make sure I don't screw myself in the process.
Any general advice would be helpful as well!
