Any people in the HF industry can give some perspective into Weiss? Seems to be growing AUM decently and has supposedly never had a down year (???) but never seems to be brought up aside from undegrad recruiting (assume cus this seems to be their main avenue of talent). But also if any institutional LPs have any perspectives too would be much appreciated.

Knew a guy who worked there out of undergrad from HYP for 10+ years and made ~$3-5mm a year and he spent a decent amount of time remote. Socially awkward and such a nerd but they value intellectual curiosity there is what they claim.
Any perspectives from HF people that have interacted with them? How does every other SM or pod spinoff have so much commentary and debate but no one says anything substantial about Weiss??
