PIMCO - Interview Process and Culture

I have 2nd rounds with PIMCO and was wondering what they typically look for in a candidate. I know they are the gold standard when it comes to bond funds and they have a very competitive culture, but was curious what sort of questions they might ask, particularly in a role that is a support-side function. More technical or interpersonal questions? Also, what is their culture like? Any info is helpful, thanks.
