Figured I'd start this. I know invitations were sent out yesterday. Anyone know how selective this program is or if it leads to an interview? I read that from previous years only a handful got selected, but I know times are different. Any insight will be much appreciated.

Last year had 600 participants so not selective at all, don't kid yourself it's not a spring week, plus it's only 3 hours long
Yea it is. I think Vanguard has one coming up that is open to all.
